Tengah continues its transformation into Singapore’s newest eco-town, with over 14,000 flats across 14 projects now completed, and more than 12,000 households already having collected their keys. This means almost half of the planned 30,000 flats in Tengah are ready, which is a major milestone for the town’s development.
A significant highlight is the upcoming Parc Point Neighbourhood Centre, which is expected to open in early 2026. This will become Tengah’s second neighbourhood centre, following Plantation Plaza which launched in mid-2024. Parc Point will feature a FairPrice supermarket, a Gourmet Paradise food court, and over 40 retail and dining outlets, serving as a key lifestyle and convenience hub for residents.
The centre will be directly connected to nearby residential blocks and integrated with a network of covered walkways, cycling paths, and a “wellness trail” linking different parts of Tengah. Residents can also look forward to rooftop gardens, green spaces, fitness stations, and community plazas, reinforcing Tengah’s vision as a sustainable and car-lite town.
With increasing occupancy and improved amenities, Tengah is moving from a “future town” to a fully-liveable estate, which may have longer-term implications for resale demand, rental appeal, and overall price stability as infrastructure continues to mature.
Key takeaway for homeowners and investors:
As developments and amenities come online, Tengah’s attractiveness is expected to rise, particularly for families and long-term owner-occupiers looking for an affordable, modern township with strong government-backed planning.
